Parties At Notts -  NGA's Gymnastics Parties

Book here for your 2020 gymnastics party at Notts Gymnastics Academy!

Our parties are suitable for children from 3 to to 12 years and includes one hour free-play in our world class main training gym, with exclusive access to all the apparatus and equipment including trampoline and foam pits, and 30 minutes to enjoy self-catered party food and cake! 

 

When Do You Run Parties?

Parties currently run on the following days/times throughout the year:

Saturday - 4:30pm - 6:00pm and 5:45pm - 7:15pm 

Sunday - 4.00pm - 5:30pm and 5:15pm - 6:45pm

 

How much will the party cost?

The party fee is £155 for up to 25 party-goers (maximum), payable when you book, via Love Admin (our administration system) and Go Cardless (the payment processing company we are registered with). Please note that if you change your mind within two weeks of booking your party, we will issue a full refund.

 

How do I book a gymnastics party?

Due to the Covid-19 situation we aren't able to run parties or take bookings at the moment. We are sorry for any disappointment caused and hope to be up and running as soon as possiible.

Who organises what for the big day?

We will provide:
  • Two fully qualified coaches to assist 
  • Exclusive access to our world class training gym
  • A short safety briefing at the start of the party
  • PreSchool play equipment if the party is for younger children
  • Tables and chairs in our party area for up to 25 party-goers

 Party hosts will need to organise: 

  • The invites (we have a template invitation if this will be useful)
  • Parents/responsible adults to assist the supervision of the gymnasts - a ratio of one adult to every five gymnasts (1:5). Any child under the age of five will require a responsible adult to supervise them (1:1)
  • Food and drink, plates, cutlery and tablecloths.
  • Music - this can be in the form of a CD or IPod, phone etc. as our stereo system will connect via a headphone jack.
  • Birthday cake and knife to cut the cake (and matches or a lighter to light the candles)
